Our client has an established paediatric therapy centre supporting children aged 0–18 and is actively growing their SLT team — both at Band 6 and Senior level. Whether you want a full-time position or a 2–3 day pattern, they’re open to structuring this around the right person.

All About You:

  • HCPC registered Speech & Language Therapist
  • Experience with paediatric caseloads
  • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Confidence writing reports and managing documentation
  • For Senior level: experience mentoring or leading within a team

Desirable experience includes ASD, dysphagia, AAC, stammering or bilingual language development.

What will you be doing:

  • Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Developing individualised, evidence-based therapy plans
  • Delivering individual and group sessions
  • Supporting families and schools with practical strategies
  • Writing detailed reports
  • Participating in MDT and staff meetings

Senior clinicians may also support team development and contribute to service strategy.

Working Hours and Environment:

  • Monday–Friday, 09:30–18:00
  • Optional Saturday pattern (08:30–16:00)
  • 2–3 day part-time pattern considered (pro-rata salary)
  • Clinic-based role within a modern, child-centred therapy environment.
