All About You

We're looking for someone who loves making people feel their very best. You’ll ideally have:

• HND, NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification
• Previous experience working within a spa environment
• Strong beauty therapy skills, including waxing and nail treatments
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A warm, friendly and professional approach
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• A willingness to continue learning and developing

Experience using ishga products would be an advantage, although full training will be provided. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who enjoys creating memorable experiences and takes pride in delivering outstanding treatments.

What Will You Be Doing?

Every day is about helping guests relax, recharge and leave feeling their absolute best. Your role will include:

• Delivering luxurious face and body treatments to the highest standards
• Performing beauty treatments including waxing and nails
• Creating exceptional guest experiences from arrival through to departure
• Advising guests on skincare and recommending suitable retail products
• Maintaining excellent knowledge of treatments and products through ongoing training
• Supporting the Senior Therapist and Spa Manager where required

You’ll become part of a professional team that shares a genuine passion for wellness, relaxation and outstanding customer care.

Working Hours and Environment

This is a full-time permanent position working 42.5 hours per week, typically across five days from seven, including weekends. Usual working hours are approximately 8:45am until 6:10pm, with a 55-minute unpaid lunch break. You’ll be based within a stunning luxury spa offering first-class facilities, surrounded by beautiful countryside, coastal views and a friendly team who genuinely enjoy working together. Modern staff accommodation is available, making relocation straightforward if you’re looking for a complete lifestyle change.
