Why You'll Love It:
If you're looking for a clinic where you'll be supported, encouraged and genuinely invested in, this could be exactly what you've been searching for. Whether you're newly qualified or early in your career, you'll be joining a business that understands the importance of mentoring, training and helping clinicians become the very best version of themselves.
Unlike many private practices that operate purely on commission-based models, our client offers the security of a guaranteed salary alongside the opportunity to earn more through their Hybrid Profit Sharing Scheme. It gives clinicians the best of both worlds: stability whilst also rewarding growth, development and contribution to the business.
What really stood out to us is the level of investment in development. CPD and paid training days aren't simply offered here, they're actively prioritised because the leadership team genuinely believe better-supported clinicians deliver better outcomes for patients. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn alongside clinicians who work with elite athletes, coaches and sporting professionals, including Team GB athletes and top-ranked golfers. It's an environment where you'll be encouraged to continually develop your skills and confidence. And if you’re someone who loves working with the latest technology, you’ll fit right in. From SWIFT and Footscan systems through to advanced biomechanical assessment tools, this clinic group continually invests in industry-leading equipment. No outdated technology here.
