What will you be doing?
This is a hybrid role, combining MSK physiotherapy with clinic management responsibilities. You'll treat a broad range of patients, from office workers to elite athletes, and be part of a multidisciplinary team including Consultants, Sports Doctors, Rehab Specialists, and Massage Therapists. Alongside clinical work, you'll oversee the smooth running of the clinic: leading a team, managing performance, supporting junior staff, and collaborating with the wider leadership team. You'll play a key role in maintaining high clinical standards and patient satisfaction, while contributing to business performance and service development.
Working Hours and Environment:
This is a full-time, clinic-based role. You'll work 40 hours per week across 5 days, including at least one evening shift. The clinic operates Monday to Saturday. You'll work from a modern, fully equipped clinic in a supportive and collaborative environment.
