All About You

  • Around 3 years' post‐qualification experience, working at Band 6 level
  • Experience of supporting children with a range of physical, neurodevelopmental, and/or genetic needs
  • Strong skills in motor development, sensory regulation, and self‐care development
  • Experience delivering therapy in homes, clinics, nurseries, or schools, or confidence to do so with minimal guidance
  • Collaborative, communicative, and confident working both independently and within a team
  • HCPC registration and RCOT membership (or eligibility prior to start)
  • UK driving licence and access to a car

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Independently managing a paediatric caseload aged birth to 19 with moderate to complex needs
  • Completing assessments and delivering a range of occupational therapy interventions
  • Working across clinic, home, school, and nursery settings
  • Building strong relationships with families to support positive therapy outcomes
  • Using your clinical reasoning while benefiting from regular supervision
  • Working closely with a multi‐disciplinary team that champions child‐led therapy

You will be based around Littleport, Lakenheath, and Brandon, with travel to Ely, Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Norwich, and Cambridge, and by agreement to Peterborough, Alconbury, King's Lynn, and Huntingdon.
