All About You
- HCPC-registered and qualified as a Podiatrist
- Member of relevant governing bodies
- Ideally 1+ years of clinical experience (private practice preferred), though exceptional new graduates are welcome
- Strong interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, biomechanics, or sports podiatry
- Sound clinical reasoning and confident decision‑making
- Excellent communicator and patient‑centred practitioner
- Capable of managing your own caseload independently
- Passionate about CPD and staying at the forefront of new techniques and technologies
- Driving licence and own transport essential (not easily accessed by public transport)
What Will You Be Doing?
- Managing your own caseload of patients across a variety of foot and lower‑limb conditions
- Carrying out detailed clinical assessments and creating tailored treatment plans
- Delivering a mix of routine care, nail surgery, Faulkner’s needling, custom orthotics, and MSK rehabilitation
- Using advanced technology such as gait analysis, ESWT, and laser therapy (training provided)
- Monitoring progress, adjusting treatments, and optimising recovery
- Collaborating closely with physiotherapists and other clinicians for holistic, multidisciplinary care
- Educating patients on long‑term foot health and injury prevention
- Maintaining clear, accurate patient documentation
Working Hours and Environment
This is a full‑time, onsite role based in Fareham. Flexible scheduling is available, with options to work condensed hours across four days if preferred. The clinic environment is calm yet energising — modern, well‑equipped, and designed to give both clinicians and patients the best possible experience.
