Why You'll Love It:

There's a big difference between joining a clinic and being told to build a caseload from scratch, and joining one where the patients are already there. This opportunity is the latter. We're recruiting an experienced Osteopath to step into an established full-time position within a highly regarded multidisciplinary private clinic in Camden. You won't be doing it alone. You'll have a structured handover alongside ongoing mentoring and support from a highly experienced Osteopath and senior clinical team, helping you settle into the caseload and the clinic successfully. And unlike many Osteopathy opportunities, this isn't a self-employed percentage-split role. You'll be permanently employed with a guaranteed £37,500 salary, giving you stability regardless of how busy an individual week may be, alongside paid annual leave, statutory sick pay and the benefits of PAYE employment. Following successful probation, you'll also benefit from an uncapped monthly wage adjustment based on 30% of clinical billings above target. So you have the security of a guaranteed salary, but your earning potential doesn't stop there. As your caseload grows, so can your earnings.

The Opportunity:

The clinic has been treating patients in London since 1998 and has developed an established and loyal private patient following. This particular vacancy has arisen with an existing Osteopath's patients needing to transition to a new clinician. That means we're not looking for someone who needs months to gradually establish a diary. There is a genuine roster of patients ready to be seen. For that reason, we're looking towards the more experienced end of the Osteopathy market. You’ll need the confidence to take ownership of an established caseload, provide an excellent patient experience and build trust quickly with patients who are transitioning from another practitioner. Alongside your clinical work, you’ll be supported in continuing to develop the skills behind a thriving private caseload, including patient retention, rebooking, referrals and practice growth.

About You:

We're looking for an experienced Osteopath who combines excellent clinical standards with warmth, confidence and genuine commitment to their patients. You’ll need to:

  • Be a qualified Osteopath registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC)
  • Have established post-qualification Osteopathy experience
  • Be confident managing a busy private patient caseload
  • Be comfortable taking over and building relationships with an existing patient base
  • Hold yourself to high clinical and professional standards
  • Genuinely care about delivering an excellent patient experience
  • Work well as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team
  • Be open to mentoring, feedback and continued professional development
  • Bring initiative, energy and ideas to the wider practice

This is likely to suit an Osteopath who has already built strong clinical foundations and is now looking for somewhere they can combine an established caseload and earning potential with the security of permanent employment.

Hours & Salary:

This is a full-time, permanent employed position, working five days per week. The guaranteed salary is £37,500 per annum. Following successful probation, you'll have the opportunity to increase your monthly earnings through a 30% clinical billings model above target, providing uncapped earning potential. You'll have an established patient roster to step into, alongside structured support and mentoring during your transition into the clinic.
