This is a role for clinicians who enjoy being trusted to do their job well. You’ll work independently, treating a varied MSK caseload, earning strong hourly rates, and developing your skillset in a clinic that takes CPD seriously. You’ll be fully supported with structured in-house training, clear clinical standards, and ongoing development opportunities in Pilates and acupuncture where relevant.
All About You:- Minimum 5 years’ MSK experience
- Current or very recent hands-on MSK experience within hospital outpatients and/or private practice
- Comfortable treating a wide range of MSK presentations independently
- Confident with manual therapy, including joint mobilisation and manipulation
- Pilates mat/reformer qualifications desirable – or willingness to train via APPI with free participation and observation of classes
- Acupuncture desirable – or willingness to complete AACP training with in-house training
- Strong commitment to CPD – applications must clearly list courses with dates and accrediting bodies
- Organised, professional, and proactive in your clinical approach
- NHS experience desirable (or equivalent Band 5+ level experience)
- Ideally based within 30–40 minutes of Epsom (Surrey, SW London, or North Sussex)
This is a hands-on, independent MSK role within a high-performing private practice. You’ll assess and treat your own caseload of patients, drawing on your clinical experience and training. Where qualified – or once trained – you’ll also have the opportunity to deliver Pilates-based rehabilitation, either 1:1 or in small groups, expanding both your clinical offering and income.
Working Hours and Environment:The role is part-time initially and self-employed. Availability is required for:
- One evening clinic per week
- Saturday mornings
Outside of these core sessions, there is flexibility to structure your working week. You’ll work from a well-equipped clinic close to central Epsom, with free parking and excellent rail links.

Monthly in-house CPD is embedded for all clinicians, alongside structured onboarding and in-house training to ensure confidence across all required treatment techniques.
