The team includes Speech & Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Feeding Specialists, Physiotherapists, Clinical Psychologists and a growing network of specialist professionals, all working together to achieve the best outcomes for the children they support. This is not a clinic where professionals work in isolation. Collaboration sits at the heart of everything they do. Ideas are shared, expertise is respected and everyone works towards the same goal. This is also a rare opportunity to join a service before launch. Rather than stepping into a fully established structure, you’ll have the chance to help shape assessment pathways, contribute to service development and play a key role in building what promises to become an outstanding autism and ADHD diagnostic service.

Working Hours and Environment:
This role can be considered on either a full-time or part-time basis, with flexibility available for the right candidate. Whilst the role is centred around the Mildenhall clinic, there is also opportunity for hybrid working. Much of the ADI‑R assessment work can be completed remotely from home, creating a good balance between clinical contact and home‑based working. The service is expected to launch in September, however earlier start dates are welcomed to allow involvement in service preparation, supervision, training and pathway development.
Reaching Your Potential:
Our client has grown from a specialist therapy provider into one of the region’s most respected multidisciplinary paediatric services. Their purpose-built clinic provides assessment and therapy services across multiple disciplines, allowing clinicians to work collaboratively and develop professionally in ways that are often difficult to achieve within more isolated settings. The organisation places significant emphasis on professional development, supervision and continuous learning. Whether you already have extensive neurodevelopmental assessment experience or are looking to further develop your specialist expertise, you’ll be joining a team that actively supports clinical growth. Most importantly, you’ll be part of an organisation that remains genuinely focused on improving outcomes for children and families.
