Why You'll Love It:

Some clinics recruit podiatrists. This clinic develops them. Whether you're newly qualified or already have years of experience behind you, you'll be joining a team that's genuinely invested in helping you become the very best clinician you can be. You'll never be expected to struggle through difficult cases on your own. Instead, you'll work alongside experienced Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Chiropractors and MSK clinicians who enjoy sharing knowledge and helping one another succeed. On top of that, you'll receive mentoring from Matthew Butters, one of the UK's most respected MSK Podiatrists, giving you access to a level of clinical support that’s incredibly rare within private practice. Add in industry-leading technology, AI systems that reduce administration and genuine opportunities to develop specialist interests, and this becomes much more than simply another podiatry job. It’s somewhere you can build a long-term career.

All About You:

Our client believes attitude matters just as much as experience. Applications are welcomed from newly qualified Podiatrists through to highly experienced clinicians. You’ll ideally have:

  • HCPC Registration
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding patient care
  • Curiosity and a desire to keep learning
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interest in musculoskeletal podiatry and rehabilitation
  • Enthusiasm for working with modern clinical technology
  • A collaborative, team-focused approach
  • A desire to build a long-term career rather than simply finding your next job

Although you'll have the opportunity to work across three nearby clinics, all locations are well connected by rail from London Marylebone and surrounding areas, meaning driving isn’t essential.

What Will You Be Doing?

You’ll manage a varied private podiatry caseload while gradually developing your expertise across advanced musculoskeletal practice. Your work may include:

  • Routine podiatry
  • Nail surgery
  • SWIFT verruca treatment
  • Fungal nail management
  • Musculoskeletal foot and ankle conditions
  • Biomechanical assessment
  • Orthotic prescription
  • Manual therapy
  • Exercise rehabilitation
  • Shockwave Therapy
  • Class IV Laser Therapy
  • Working collaboratively alongside Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Chiropractors and Consultant Sonographers
  • Using AI-assisted systems to streamline clinical documentation

No two days are quite the same, giving you fantastic clinical variety while continually expanding your skills.

Working Hours and Environment:

This is a full-time employed role, ideally around 40 hours each week. However, flexibility is important to our client, so applications from clinicians looking for three or four days per week are also warmly welcomed. You’ll work Monday to Friday during daytime clinic hours, with no routine evening or weekend commitments. The role is based across three modern clinics in Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross and Amersham, all equipped with advanced technology and excellent treatment facilities.

Reaching Your Potential:

If you’re ambitious, this clinic will meet you halfway. Learning isn’t something that’s squeezed into the occasional study day. It’s built into everyday clinical life. From structured mentoring and funded CPD through to regular clinical discussions and support with complex cases, you’ll have every opportunity to continue growing throughout your career. The clinic’s investment in technology also means you spend less time writing notes and more time doing what you trained for – helping patients. Whether your ambition is to become an MSK specialist, develop expertise in biomechanics, rehabilitation, orthotics or sports podiatry, or eventually progress into a Senior or Lead Podiatrist position, you’ll be supported every step of the way. It’s a clinic that combines exceptional patient care with genuine investment in the people delivering it.

We will contact all shortlisted candidates. Please note that we retain the right to close the advert early if a suitable candidate is appointed.
