We're working with a growing boutique law firm in Liverpool that has Housing Disrepair at the heart of its practice, and they're looking to appoint an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor to lead from the front. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior solicitor who thrives in a fast-paced claimant environment and is ready to combine hands-on fee earning with team leadership responsibilities.

You'll manage your own caseload of litigated Housing Disrepair matters, while overseeing and mentoring a team of around 10 solicitors and paralegals. This is a collaborative, high-impact role where you'll play a key part in driving performance, sharing expertise, and shaping best practice across the department.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years PQE
  • Strong claimant Housing Disrepair experience
  • Excellent litigator
  • Proven experience managing or supervising a team
