We’re looking for a technically strong Property Litigation Associate (3–5 PQE) to join our client - a specialist property litigation firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with solid residential leasehold and landlord & tenant experience who is ready to take ownership of high-quality work while continuing to build their technical expertise.
You’ll work alongside recognised specialists on a mix of complex, high-value disputes and substantial portfolio matters, with clear progression and increasing advocacy opportunities.

The Role
You will manage your own varied caseload while supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing medium to high-value property litigation matters
- Advising on residential leasehold and landlord & tenant disputes
- Handling service charge disputes, breach of covenant claims and forfeiture matters
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements and detailed legal advice
- Representing clients in the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber)
- Supporting on technically complex litigation and advisory work
- Supervising junior team members where appropriate
- Building advocacy experience and taking increasing responsibility for hearings
What We’re Looking For
Essential Experience:
- Property litigation and landlord & tenant law
- Residential leasehold disputes
- Tribunal work, particularly the FTT (Property Chamber)
- Service charge disputes and lease interpretation
- Property management-related advice
Highly Desirable:
- Experience or exposure to Building Safety Act matters
- Remediation Orders / Remediation Contribution Orders
- Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024
- Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002
