An exciting opportunity to join a growing and dynamic Risk Team within a transatlantic law firm. This role will support the conflicts function, working across both SRA and ABA conflicts rules, with a strong focus on ABA analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing conflict searches, conducting preliminary conflicts analysis, preparing reports, maintaining conflicts records, and supporting the wider business on conflict clearance processes. The role will also involve close collaboration with senior Risk professionals and US-based Conflicts teams.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in conflicts, compliance, or analytical research within a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Intapp preferred.
  • Prior exposure to ABA conflicts rules beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
