About The Opportunity
As a Technical Service and Warranty Support Officer based in Epping, you will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for a range of customer service and technical support tasks.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Professionally respond to customer and warranty inquiries across phones, emails,ticketing, and social channels
- Manage warranty cases by issuing RMAs, coordinating replacements, processing credits, and updating customers on backorders and ETAs
- Maintain detailed case files, assesses products for faults, and perform warranty repairs as needed
- Utilise the CRM to support customer inquiries and warranty processes effectively
- Adhere to high standards of quality and safety, escalating issues to leadership when appropriate
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in a retail or online environment
- Experience in the audio/visual industry
- Proven warranty and electrical product service capability
- A relevant IT or electrical qualification (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
You will also have:
- A highly motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
