About The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our client\’s team in Epping.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective procurement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency
  • Building and sustaining robust vendor relationships
  • Leading cost-reduction initiatives and managing procurement budgets
  • Monitoring and forecasting stock levels to ensure optimal inventory management
  • Evaluating supplier performance and implementing procurement policies and procedures
  • Overseeing the accuracy of Purchase Orders and goods receipt processing in the ERP system
  • Collaborating with the Warranty Manager on spare parts management and procurement processes
  • Managing international supplier relationships and coordinating import logistics

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management
  • A Bachelor\’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • A strong understanding of ERP systems and inventory management
  • Experience in international procurement and logistics operations

You will also have:

  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
  • Experience managing international supplier relationships
