About The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our client\’s team in Epping.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective procurement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency
- Building and sustaining robust vendor relationships
- Leading cost-reduction initiatives and managing procurement budgets
- Monitoring and forecasting stock levels to ensure optimal inventory management
- Evaluating supplier performance and implementing procurement policies and procedures
- Overseeing the accuracy of Purchase Orders and goods receipt processing in the ERP system
- Collaborating with the Warranty Manager on spare parts management and procurement processes
- Managing international supplier relationships and coordinating import logistics
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management
- A Bachelor\’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- A strong understanding of ERP systems and inventory management
- Experience in international procurement and logistics operations
You will also have:
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Experience managing international supplier relationships
