About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this role is to manage the full customer sales journey, from initial enquiry through to quoting, securing work and coordinating installation projects. You will represent the business professionally while maximising sales outcomes and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting customers onsite to assess requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Preparing accurate quotes and following up to secure sales
- Managing customer communications throughout the sales process
- Achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Monitoring market activity to identify new business opportunities
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development
- Using modern digital systems, including SimPro, to manage workflows
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience or strong knowledge within the air conditioning trade
- A current Manual Driver’s Licence
- A White Card
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated approach
- Reliability, professionalism and a desire for long-term career development
