About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to lead and support warehouse operations, combining hands-on forklift work with administrative oversight and team coordination. Reporting directly to the State Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Booking containers and using online freight portals
- Picking orders and assisting with stock cycle counts
- Completing documentation and admin tasks accurately
- Operating forklifts to load and unload trucks & containers
- Supervising one team member and supporting daily operations
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Sound computer literacy and admin capabilities
- Experience using Carton Cloud is highly regarded
- Familiarity with online portals and freight bookings
- Your own reliable transport and team-focused attitude
- Strong hands-on leadership and communication skills
- A current forklift licence and experience with counterbalance forklifts
