About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to carry out a wide range of caravan servicing and repair tasks with a high standard of quality and attention to safety.
Reporting directly to the Operations and Workshop Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Axle servicing, brakes, bearings, suspension, and minor leak repairs
- Fitting accessories, awnings, and undertaking 12V electrical work
- Private upgrade work including solar panel installs and appliance upgrades
- Accident and body repairs including impact damage and recladding
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Relevant industry experience in caravan, automotive, heavy/light vehicles, trailers or agricultural repairs
- Trade qualification (e.g. Cert III in Mechanics) is preferred but not essential
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented, feedback-accepting attitude
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
- Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
