About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver exceptional fine dining service by accurately taking and serving food and beverage orders while ensuring a high standard of customer experience. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining strong menu knowledge including food, beverages, and wines
- Upselling and enhancing the dining experience through recommendations
- Providing high-quality table service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Taking food and beverage orders and serving customers efficiently
- Working closely with kitchen and bar staff to deliver timely service
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in high-end or fine dining service
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
