About the role:
The Senior Operations Manager – Membership plays a pivotal role in the Society’s success, providing strategy leadership across multiple member projects and overseeing call centre operations and processes. This role works in close partnership with the Society’s Membership Volunteer leadership structure, including its 7 Central Councils and 33 Regional Councils, which collectively support more than 230 Conferences. This position is responsible for working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects, targeted support programmes and key initiatives that strengthen the Society’s ability to support those most at risk of poverty & disadvantage. Success in this role requires a strong focus on stakeholder relationships, continuous improvement, capability building through training, and the development and maintenance of robust, well-documented procedures. There are components of ongoing operations that sit within the scope of this role, and the ability to manage both operations and project delivery is important in this position.
