Fulham Correctional Centre is part of The GEO Group Australia, based near Sale, regional Victoria. It delivers comprehensive, professional nursing services in a correctional setting.

Our work is fast‑paced, and your role may include:

  • Emergency care
  • Coordinating and delivering nurse‑led clinics
  • Health promotion activities
  • Liaising with interdisciplinary teams
  • Coordinating care
  • Conducting health assessments
  • Dispensing prescription and non‑prescription medication

We work 12‑hour shifts Monday to Friday and 10‑hour shifts Saturday to Sunday. Full‑time employees work 7 shifts per fortnight on a rotated basis.

Qualifications:

  • Professional nursing experience and expertise
  • Good communication and effective interpersonal skills
  • Empathy and cultural awareness
  • Resilience – ability to cope with confronting patients

Salary:

  • Full‑time: $101,428.72 – $107,840.99 p.a.
  • Part‑time: $48.76 – $51.85 per hour
  • Casual: $60.95 – $64.81 per hour

Shift loading, penalty rates and other allowances apply in addition to the base salary.
