About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to carry out high-quality light sheet metal fabrication across a diverse range of custom projects. Working as part of a skilled workshop team, you will contribute to the fabrication of bespoke metal components and structures, ensuring workmanship meets the company’s high standards of quality and finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working across sheet metal, tube, plate and beam fabrication
  • Cutting, marking out, folding, forming and bending materials
  • Performing basic machining and metalworking practices to a high standard
  • TIG, MIG and laser welding (predominantly TIG)
  • Working with a variety of metals across custom projects
  • Following job specifications and instructions accurately

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3-4+ years’ experience in light metal fabrication
  • Strong skills in basic fabrication and metalworking techniques
  • Experience with TIG welding (essential)
  • Ability to read and follow instructions accurately
  • High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
