We have an exciting opportunity for a positive and energetic Study Tour and Partnerships Coordinator to join our team in Newcastle, NSW. This role will lead the end-to-end development, coordination, and delivery of study tour programs at the University of Newcastle College of International Education and provide additional support across our other Kaplan pathways colleges in ANZ. You will ensure high-quality, consistent, and scalable outcomes aligned with partner expectations and organisational priorities. You will drive partnership engagement and program growth by collaborating with universities, agents, and internal teams, while monitoring performance, ensuring quality standards, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and commercial success.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with university partners, agents, and global institutions to support program development.
  • Act as the central coordination point between Kaplan colleges, partners, and stakeholders for continued strong partnerships.
  • Design, develop, and deliver strategic and high-quality study tour programs across multiple colleges.
  • Coordinate academic, cultural, and logistical components in collaboration with local teams (ELICOS, College Services, academic staff).
  • Coordinate study tour activities across colleges to ensure consistency and efficient resource use.
  • Drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the network.
  • Monitor program quality, student experience, and partner satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain standardised processes, tools, and templates for scalable delivery.
  • Identify new opportunities, contribute to program growth and market expansion, track performance metrics supporting insightful decision making.
  • Contribute to a safe, collaborative, positive team environment, and uphold company values and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements – Essential:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in international education, partnerships, or program coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across organisations.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating or delivering short-term programmes (e.g. study tours, mobility programmes, short courses).
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural capability.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams and locations.

Requirements – Desirable:

  • Experience working with university partners and/or transnational education programmes.
  • Understanding of study tour or short-term international education models.
