Overview
The Fulham Correctional Centre, part of The GEO Group Australia, is located near Sale, Victoria, and delivers comprehensive, professional nursing services in a correctional setting. The role is fast paced and includes emergency care, coordinating and delivering nurse‑led clinics, health promotion activities, liaising with interdisciplinary teams, coordinating care, conducting health assessments, and dispensing prescription and non‑prescription medications.
Work Hours
12‑hour shifts Monday to Friday and 10‑hour shifts Saturday to Sunday. Full‑time employees work 7 shifts per fortnight on a rotated basis.

Remuneration
Salaries are based on years of proven relevant enrolled nursing experience under the Fulham Correctional Centre Nurses Enterprise Agreement 2024 and exclude shift loading. Base salary ranges are as follows:
- Full‑time: $77,734.39 – $79,817.62 per annum
- Part‑time: $37.37 – $38.37 per hour
- Casual: $46.72 – $47.97 per hour
