A client based in West London is recruiting for an Operations Administrator who is fluent in Polish and English to support the day-to-day running of our operations office. This is a hands-on role at the centre of the business, covering phones, scheduling, payroll support, and general administration in a fast-paced operational environment.
Working hours - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm - Saturday 8am - 2pm - 6 days
Key Responsibilities- Managing inbound calls and office communications (English & Polish)
- Scheduling jobs and coordinating drivers, trades, and daily operations
- Supporting payroll processing and basic finance administration
- Handling confidential admin tasks and maintaining accurate records
- Acting as a senior point of contact in the office
- Supporting junior staff during busy periods
- Ensuring consistent office cover and smooth daily operations
- Escalating issues appropriately to management
