Great opportunity for someone with stores control experience. A small stores area holding a wide variety of stock. They are seeking someone to make the Stores person role their own starting from re-organising of the area, cataloging goods already in stock with a view to a new goods in systems being put in place. This person will take responsibility for stores, stock, deliveries and installation materials. This role requires someone with an understanding of electrical elements either from a stores perspective, manufacturing or retail. The role Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm You will take ownership of the stores area and materials operation, ensuring that equipment and components are accurately recorded, safely stored and readily available when required. Your responsibilities will include: Maintaining an accurate stock and inventory system. Receiving, checking and organising supplier deliveries. Picking and preparing materials for upcoming solar installations from Bills of Materials (BOMs). Maintaining stock levels and good upkeep of our vans.
