We are seeking a creative, versatile, and strategic Group Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence and spearhead innovative marketing campaigns across these diverse sectors.
The Role
As our Group Marketing Manager, variety is guaranteed. One day you might be optimising high-impact B2B digital campaigns for industrial cables, and the next you could be planning promotions for a luxury restaurant and nightlife venue.
Based at our Middlesbrough head office, you will lead our talented marketing team to deliver data-driven, commercially focused campaigns that boost brand awareness and drive revenue across the entire group.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Brand Strategy: Design and execute distinct, tailored marketing roadmaps for the company
Trade Shows & Industry Events: Plan, coordinate, and oversee our presence at major trade shows, exhibitions, and industry expos to generate leads and showcase our brands to key B2B audiences.
Digital & Omnichannel Marketing: Drive SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media ecosystems across both B2B and B2C markets.
Content & Campaign Creation: Oversee the production of compelling content, promotional materials, and multi-channel advertising campaigns.
Analytics & ROI: Continuously monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance to optimise marketing spend and maximise return on investment.
Team Leadership: Mentor internal marketing professionals and manage partnerships with external creative and PR agencies.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 3 to 5 years in a marketing management role, with a strong mix of B2B and B2C/hospitality exposure being a distinct advantage.
