The role combines strategic sales leadership with commercial management, ensuring the business remains competitive, achieves its financial objectives, and builds strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, the Sales & Commercial Manager plays a key role in identifying market opportunities, developing pricing strategies, securing new contracts, and improving revenue across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
·Oversee the sales function and pipeline to meet sales targets by developing and implementing sales strategies
·Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity
·Train sales staff to ensure proficiency across all revenue streams
·Develop and implement commercial strategies
·Manage marketing strategies in line with budgeted spend to support revenue growth targets
·Support the Managing Director in preparing tenders and contract negotiations
·Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, including supporting the Managing Director with client visits and end of season performance reviews
·Work closely with clients and internal departments to ensure xgikmsk commercially viable and operationally deliverable services
·Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets; identify opportunities for process improvement
·Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
·Implement company policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives
