We are recruiting for a Business Analyst in the Kendal area. The Business Analyst supports data driven decision making by analysing financial, operational, and commercial information to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. The role partners closely with operations teams and business leaders to understand requirements, translate them into clear insights, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. A core part of this role is forward looking analysis, modelling expected results and supporting the business in understanding future performance across international countries.

Experience required:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent Excel capabilities (lookups, pivot tables, formulas) and experience with BI/reporting tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • High accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail.

Hybrid Working: We offer 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office, normally after successful completion of the probation period.

Core Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 5:00pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.

Company Benefits: Sick pay after 1 years service, 25 days annual leave.
