- Sales ledger
- Purchase ledger
- Creation of all invoices and estimates
- Bank and credit card reconciliation
- DEXT receipt matching
- Debtor chasing
- Journals
- Management of client credit accounts
- Project matching between CRM Dynamics and QuickBooks
- Weekly payments and management of all payments for the business
- Project reconciliation in QuickBooks against Excel budgets
- Cashflow management
- Management accounts for SLT
- VAT submissions
- Cashbook postings
- Maintaining asset register
- Analysis of past and future event projects
- Managing accruals and pre-payments of projects
- VAT returns
- Liaising with auditors at year end
- Stock reporting and monitoring
- Overseas payments, using best rate
- Overseas VAT reclaims
