A client in the Borough Green area is expanding their sales admin team. This is a very varied role, the ideal candidate will have experience of working in the construction/engineering sector, this is an advantage but the client will looking at other industry sectors.
This position is 100% working in the office, after probation a commission structure will be put in place for you to earn extra money on top of your basic salary
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT DUE TO LOCATION MUST HAVE A CLEAR AND CONFIDENT TELPHONE MANNER
ADMINISTRATION DUTIES Maintain accurate client and opportunity records in the CRM system.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Track sales activities, client visits, proposals, and conversion rates on the system.
Forecast future sales opportunities and revenue
Tender & Proposal Management
Identify tender opportunities from public and private sectors.
Coordinate with engineering and estimating teams to prepare proposals.
Prepare quotations.
Ensure timely submission of tenders and proposals.
Maintain records of tender outcomes

Letters and information are sent out to clients, your duties will be to call the client and follow up on the information sent, provide the client with information or pass to another team

Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and business needs.
Serve as the primary point of contact during the pre-contract stage.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
Follow up regularly with clients regarding ongoing and future projects
