Duties for the Purchase Ledger Clerk will include:

  • Input Purchase Ledger invoices through in-house system and Sage
  • Input Purchase Ledger Credits through in-house system and Sage
  • Reconcile Purchase Ledger Accounts monthly
  • Prepare Supplier Payments daily
  • Prepare Monthly Priority Supplier payments
