A client based in the London Bridge area is recruiting for a Property Asset Manager to lead the optimisation of performance and risk management across our clients residential property portfolio. This position offers hybrid working, discretionary performance-based bonuses, Comprehensive benefits package (following a qualifying period) Opportunities for professional development This pivotal role focuses on preserving asset value, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting long-term investment strategies. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in property asset management, financial analysis, and resolving complex operational challenges Monitor and evaluate the performance of appointed managing agents Oversee service charge budgets and financial accounts prepared by managing agents Supervise long-term planning and budgeting activities Lead the selection and appointment of managing agents Liaise with clients, Members of Parliament, regulatory bodies, and Residents Associations as needed Conduct ad hoc reviews of properties managed by Resident Management or Right to Manage Companies Ensure compliance with statutory notices, including Fire Enforcement and Improvement Notices Provide regular performance and compliance reports to the senior leadership team Mentor Property Administrators and contribute to team development The ideal candidates will have the qualifications below Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) or similar Some experience in residential or commercial property management Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and numeracy skills TPBN1_UKTJ
