A client based in Middlesborough is recruiting for Outbound Call Handler. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a customer service environment, speaking with clients on the phone and who enjoys utilising social media within the working environment to expand customer contacts.

Duties:

  • Identify and qualify new customers from a broad range of industries.
  • Contact current & potential new customers via telephone, email & social media.
  • Expand and maintain a relationship with a multitude of different customers.
  • Maximise business opportunities.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer care.
