The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 £ per year.

Office based Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. You will take ownership of the incoming customer communication, making sure that any existing or new customer queries or issues are processed and resolved in a timely manner exceeding the customers' expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage incoming calls and emails and signpost to relevant staff
  • Own the customer service in the business and log all feedback, issues and resolve complaints
  • Process technical support issues and troubleshoot internally and with OEM support functions and software
  • Assist testing and commissioning of the CRM to replace manual processes
  • Logging and tracking and resolving complaints.

Customer-focused, with a genuine desire to deliver a great customer experience. Highly organised, reliable and able to manage your own workload. Curious and willing to learn new technical products, systems and processes. A logical problem solver who enjoys getting to the root cause of an issue. Comfortable working with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
