We are recruiting for Lift Engineers, both vacancies are permanent positions working Monday to Friday, Head Office is based Erith Kent. You must have a UK driving license and have experience of working in the Lift Engineering Sector
Lift Removal Engineer

The role consists of removal of lifts and heavy plant equipment from a variety of properties, commercial and residential.
Monitoring site safety, quality compliance with specification and following method statements

Self motivated and attend company training as and when required

Present a polite and professional service

Must hold a UK license with no points

Own Vehicle

Must hold a CSCS card

Escalator Engineer
As a Qualified Escalator Engineer you will required to:
  1. Install & decommission escalators as part of a highly skilled/qualified team.
  2. Be able to install & build escalators to manufacturers standard, from arrival of the escalator to fully commissioned and in service.
  3. Be able to service and repair escalators.
  4. Work alongside a qualified escalator tester, thus gaining even further experience within escalator installations.
  5. Work to all our current Health & Safety guidelines & adhere to our company policies.
  6. Be able to communicate in a professional manner with clients & colleagues.

Required Experience:

  1. Previous experience within the escalator industry (installation, service, repair & modernisation).
  2. Minimum EOR204
  3. NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
  4. Hard working, Reliable, Loyal & Flexible.
  5. Be willing to work away & night work (occasional).

Salary & Benefits:*

  1. travelling time.
  2. Monthly bonus.
  3. Christmas bonus.
  4. Weekend bonus available when a full weekend or 2 weekend days within the month have been worked.
  5. Overtime, night rate and away allowances to increase your earnings.
  6. 20 days holiday + Bank holidays. (5 years service, extra 5 days holiday).
  7. Additional courses ranging from Slinger / Signaller to Lift Supervisor to gaining an NVQ within the use of a Forklift.
The starting role for the above positions is £31,000 but with overtime and bonus – potential earnings £50,000
