Accounts Assistant required for a friendly company working within a small team. You will have Sage Line 50 Accounting systems knowledge and experience. Seeking someone who can work using their own initiative.

  • Reconciling bank, cash & credit card accounts
  • Maintain debtor & creditor ledgers
  • VAT Returns, submitting and reconciling
  • Posting journals including prepayments and accruals
  • Full reconciliation of trial balance at year end
  • Adhering to all financial deadlines; Companies House, HMRC
  • Posting of invoices
  • Credit control

This role is full time office based. Please note upper end of salary range will require an accounting qualification or QBESTSM1_UKTJ.
