Basic Salary: ~£30,000 + Commission | OTE: ~£60,000+ | Hybrid Working | Company Car After 6–9 Months Are you an experienced recruiter or proven salesperson looking to build and grow your own desk with full delivery support? This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established, long-standing recruitment business expanding its Exeter office. The Opportunity You’ll work closely with an experienced senior consultant who has successfully built the Exeter operation and now needs a second Account Manager to support further expansion. They focus on IT recruitment, the niche you work is open – they have been recruiting in IT for 30 years so can help you develop the right plan, to get you launched. This role offers a blend of autonomy and strong support: you will drive your own business development, to find new business and develop a pipeline of jobs to fill. There is a dedicated delivery team that will work with you to find, reference, take people through the interview process for the roles you pick up.
