Currently recruiting for a Recruiter to work candidate side. This role will involve, sourcing, connecting, developing networks of Senior Construction people – with the objective of moving them along the process and submitting their details for permanent jobs. It's essential that I find someone that is or has worked in recruitment. You may be a knowledgable or an early careers recruiter (base salary will be dependent on experience 28K – 35K base). Ideally within perms, that has recruited for a sector with professionals – you'll be having in depth conversations, getting to understand what may be a new sector for you, and gaining the trust of those you're speaking with. In return you'll get full training into the sector, be well supported with the owner of the business working alongside you – to guide and mentor you. It's a lucrative sector with the average placement fee between £8-9000. As a candidate consultant you'll be working towards financial targets and there is strong commission potential. So, if you love recruiting, but don't enjoy the business development aspect of recruitment, this is an excellent option.
