I’m keen to talk to any recruiter that would either be interested in a change of sector, or is currently working within perm recruiting. The sector for this role is events/marketing. It’s a fun sector, speaking with people that understand sales and are receptive to calls and developing their own networks.
What we hope you’ll bring is a can-do, positive attitude – a desire to be the go-to recruiter for this sector which is gained via a proactive (pick up the phone/sending messages/being all over potential clients and candidates) if you bring this approach, you’ll be given the right tools to do the job.
