Customer Support Administrator (Automotive Industry) | $2600 Basic + VB

Working Days/ Timings: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 6.00pm (may OT, not often)

Responsibilities

  • Handle phone calls, answer general enquiries, take/pass messages to the appropriate recipients.
  • Greeting, checking in, directing customers to the appropriate location, provide lounge services and letting service team know of customers’ arrival.
  • Responsible for incoming mails, parcels and payment collections at the counter.
  • Manage the preparation and filing of monthly report.
  • Coordinate with shuttle service on picking and sending customers to assigned destinations.
  • Summarise and verify retail transactions settlement for account use.
  • Custodian for customer area’s cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Assist Service Advisors in daily operations comprising the following:
    • Responsible for checking of service/recall campaigns for customer’s vehicle.
    • Parts ordering via Purchase Requisition and coordination when parts arrive.
    • Making quotations to customers for service jobs.
    • Opening Purchase Orders.
    • Preparing invoices after job completion.
    • Pickup and delivery arrangement.
    • Monitor and track the Parts-Arrived-But-Outstanding-Jobs.
    • Call and follow-up with customers on NPS survey.
    • Keep records of warranty job orders handed to warranty department.
    • Scanning and filing of job orders on a daily basis.
  • Perform general, administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • At least 2 years of Customer Service experience.
