The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.

Up to S$8,000 Basic + S$100 Mobile Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus. Location: Bugis area. Transport allowance provided if site locations are far from MRT stations. Monday – Friday & Alternate Saturdays | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Minimum 5 years in construction project management, specifically in Cost Control and Budgeting. Join an established firm at the heart of Singapore's urban development. As a Project Manager, you will be the primary driver of site execution, ensuring that complex engineering and building projects move seamlessly from the kick-off meeting to final handover. You will balance technical oversight with commercial acumen, managing diverse teams of subcontractors and consultants while maintaining strict adherence to budget and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize site setup and sequential job planning to ensure smooth execution, achieving cost, quality, and timeline objectives.
  • Coordinate effectively with sub-contractors, consultants, client representatives, and relevant government authorities.
  • Attend and lead project kick-off meetings and team updates; prepare progress reports and detailed work programs.
  • Oversee all site staff and sub-contractors’ schedules.
  • Monitor work progress and provide immediate, practical solutions to on-site issues.
  • Take full ownership of cost control and budgeting to ensure project profitability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Building, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant construction experience.
  • Strong background in Project Management, Budgeting, and Cost Control is mandatory.
  • Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a high level of professionalism and integrity.

  • High basic salary with AWS and bonuses tied to company profitability.
  • Annual Leave starts at 14 days, increasing up to 22 days based on years of service.
  • Head office based in the vibrant Bugis district, with site-specific transport support.
