We are seeking a motivated and reliable Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our production team on a temp to permanent basis. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring product quality, operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, and supporting the smooth and efficient running of production processes. Key Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production
- Set up, start, shut down, and change over production lines in line with operating procedures
- Adjust machine settings to optimise performance and product quality
- Monitor product quality through regular inspection and testing
- Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Follow health, safety, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
- Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery
