Mobile Phone Repair Technician
Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00

About the Role: CTDI is excited to launch a new mobile phone testing and repair operation in Wellingborough and is seeking skilled Repair Technicians to join this innovative project. If you\’re experienced in diagnosing, testing, and repairing mobile phones to high customer standards, we\’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose hardware and software faults on various mobile phone models.

• Conduct precise repairs, component replacements, and software updates.

• Ensure repairs meet or exceed customer quality standards.

• Manage workflow and maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory.

• Collaborate effectively within a team environment to enhance processes and productivity.

• Comply strictly with health and safety standards and protocols.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience repairing mobile phones or similar electronic devices.

• Ability to diagnose and rectify hardware and software issues accurately.

• Experience managing Work In Progress (WIP) effectively.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

• Passionate about delivering high-quality service and repairs.

• Positive attitude and willingness to continuously learn and improve.
