We're hiring two Onsite Co-ordinators to join our weekend-only support team on a major logistics contract based in Biggleswade. Whether you prefer early starts or overnight shifts, you'll be the key point of contact for our weekend workforce - managing check-ins, handling onboarding, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead candidate check-ins, introductions and on-the-day inductions
- Act as the main point of contact for all agency workers on-site across your shift
- Handle any urgent absences, queries, or last-minute adjustments during your shift
- Verify documentation and ensure Right to Work compliance on-site
- Monitor Time & Attendance logs and raise any discrepancies
- Liaise with client shift managers to confirm labour needs and headcount updates
- Provide support and engagement to workers throughout the shift
- Complete all necessary admin and shift records accurately
- Maintain a smooth flow of communication with the main weekday on-site team
Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in warehousing, logistics or production environments (essential)
- Background in team leading, shift management, or on-site recruitment (preferred)
- Excellent people skills and the confidence to lead from the front
- Proactive problem-solver who can think on their feet
- Strong organisational and IT skills
