Manufacturing Machine Operator
Location: St Neots, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £27,000/year + Overtime
Shift Pattern: 12-hour rotating shifts (2 days, 2 nights, 4 on / 6 off)
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our production team on a temp to permanent basis. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring product quality, operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, and supporting the smooth and efficient running of production processes. Set up, start, shut down, and change over production lines in line with operating procedures
Adjust machine settings to optimise performance and product quality

Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Follow health, safety, and operational procedures
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
Essential Requirements: Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery
