Are you an experienced Production Operator looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company? We are currently recruiting multiple Production Operators to join a busy manufacturing team based in Fen Drayton, Cambridgeshire.This is a full-time temp-to-perm position offering stable hours, weekly routine, and the opportunity to become permanent after 12 weeks, including access to monthly bonus schemes.

Previous experience within production or manufacturing Positive and reliable attitude towards work Good attention to detail Strong manual dexterity Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment Driving licence needed due to location
