This Recruitment Resourcer position is all about finding the right people at pace and keeping our clients’ operations running smoothly. You’ll need to hit the ground running and work closely with candidates and clients to keep the talent pipeline flowing in a fast-paced environment.   Key Responsibilities Source and screen candidates for temporary industrial roles across warehouse and logistics. Manage and update candidate databases and job boards effectively. Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability. Maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring high levels of engagement and availability. Liaise with clients to understand resourcing needs and deliver a consistent pipeline of quality workers. Handle compliance checks including right-to-work documents, references, and onboarding paperwork. Assist in managing shift schedules, absence cover, and last-minute bookings. Ensure all placements are compliant with employment and agency regulations.  Key Requirements Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a fast-paced administrative role (preferably in industrial or logistics sectors). Excellent communication and organisational skills. Confident using job boards, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive and positive attitude with strong attention to detail. Driving licence preferred due to location and occasional client site visits.  Pay and Benefits Competitive salary of £30,000 per annum. Supportive and energetic team environment.
