- Ability to follow specifications, samples, and visual references accurately
- Strong manual skills with practical problem-solving ability
- Experience with decorative, specialist, or architectural finishes preferred
- Experience working with plaster, MDF, metal, concrete, or similar materials beneficial
- Previous workshop and/or site-based experience advantageous
- CSCS card beneficial but not essential
Pay and Benefits
- Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
- Full-time hours Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm
- Occasional overtime and site work depending on project requirements
- Training and development in specialist finishing techniques
- Long-term opportunity within a growing, quality-driven business
- Supportive environment that values craftsmanship over speed
This role offers the chance to work on distinctive, non-standard projects where your skill and attention to detail genuinely show. If you’re a Painter/Prepper who wants stability, progression, and pride in what you produce, not just another job on the books, this is an opportunity worth acting on.
