We are seeking an experienced supervisor/team leader to work within a packing environment. You must have previous experience in a similar role to be considered for this position. It will involve working in a chilled environment of 2-8 degrees.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities to meet quality and efficiency targets
- Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance and support
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards across all operations
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures
- Carry out daily briefings
- Conduct return to work interviews and deal with poor performance/excessive absence/general misconduct
Requirements
- Previous experience within a supervisory role
- Previous experience in a production/packing environment
- Good computer skills
- Good attitude
Hours and Pay
Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00 but flexibility required to help with any peak periods. Overtime available at £14.02 per hour. 28 days holiday per year.
